Ok I’m 18 years old and a year ago when I went to the doctors (I was 17), they told me I was 5′7. I went to the doctors a few weeks ago, and they told me I was the same height as the year before. I never really had a growth spurt after hitting puberty, I just kept growing gradually until now. I know that most guys don’t stop growing until they are around 21. But does not getting any taller for a year mean that I’m not going to get any taller ever?

Well I am only 5ft 5 and really want to be taller. My mum is 5ft 5 and her side of the family are of average heightand my Dad is 6ft 4 and all he women on his side of the family are at least 6ft. My 10 year old brother is nearly as tall as me. Is there any chance I can grow? Or do I just have the ’short genes’? Any tips on how to be taller? HELP!
