Does stretching (Yoga or Pilates) increase the chance of teenage girls height?
Ok I’m 18 years old and a year ago when I went to the doctors (I was 17), they told me I was 5′7. I went to the doctors a few weeks ago, and they told me I was the same height as the year before. I never really had a growth spurt after hitting puberty, I just kept growing gradually until now. I know that most guys don’t stop growing until they are around 21. But does not getting any taller for a year mean that I’m not going to get any taller ever?

I can do a heel stretch, but I’d like to know how to increase its height. Some can pull their leg to their head. I’d like to be able to do that. Any stretches or advice will be appreciated!
if a girl of ten years old have long hair but her height does not grow,is it due to long hair.if by cutting her hair she will get taller?
I mean im 5′6 or 5′7 in middle school, and i feel freakishly tall so when do the boys start getting freakishly tall lol
