Okay I am 17 years old and a guy. I am 200% happy with my body and looks, but it wouldn’t hurt to increase my height lol. I know the growth of height stops at different times for everybody. I don’t seem to grow anymore tho and I almost 18. What can I do, to increase my height or encourage if you will for my body to grow? Please be very specific.

I don’t think it is possible.the only think you can do is to eat as healthy as possible and take vitamins.at your age your bones are not completely developed yet, so make sure you have plenty of protein and iron rich food daily.smoking and drinking can stop your height growth, so be aware of it.
my friend is 15 and 4′ 11″. She has been that height forever and she hates it! just accept yourself. 5′5″ is a nice height. you don’t want to look ginormas. i’m 15 and 5′6″..i don’t think i’ll grow much more but just have to wait andd see
Theres not much you can do but hanging upside down increases your height a tiny bit
there are stretches you can do mate to grow taller such as the ones on this site http://www.growtallernow.com/ im sure if you browse around you can find some free examples
